DELIVERY
• Your order is delivered 6 – 72 hours after payment (by bank transfer to our corporate account or by debit card using Paystack). You may choose to order ahead and indicate your preferred delivery date.
• Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.
• Delivery starts by 1 pm on weekdays.
• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the items upon our arrival.
• Kindly attend to our delivery personnel as quickly as possible so that we can deliver to all customers in a timely fashion. We attempt to spend 10 minutes with each customer.
• Please inspect all items upon receipt and sign off on our delivery note. All complaints (especially with perishable items) must be lodged at this stage.
• In the event that you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, kindly inform us 5 hours in advance so that your delivery can be rescheduled at no extra cost. If you fail to inform us, you will have to bear the liability of having us redeliver the items. In addition, you will be charged for the second delivery.

Delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and subject to change.
Kindly note that our dispatcher can only wait a maximum period of 15 minutes from when he contacts you at your location as other deliveries are pending.
